Lean Long and Strong describes the way we did every workout. Lean because we did a lot of movement, long because we stretched and strong because I actually can do real push-ups.
Thank you for an amazing 6 weeks. At first I was totally intimidated but then I looked forward to the early morning workouts. I know exactly how to order at restaurants too!
Yoga was something I thought I could never do. I am actually doing it on my own with my husband on the weekends.
I feel like that extra 10 pounds was covering up the real me. I am grateful that I found my own BodyChange.
I am not afraid of turning 50 anymore. I feel better than I did when I was an inactive 30.

Yoga

A modern approach to an ancient system, in yoga the body is treated with utmost care and respect for it is the primary vehicle for growth.

As a former competitive athlete that has that has always found the pursuit of strength and health to be a spiritual journey, Wini was instantly drawn to the healing aspects of yoga.

Wini teaches intelligently designed sequences that are influenced by her training in traditional and therapeutic yoga. She balances a clear instruction of alignment and breath with a specific eye towards individual needs.
